Teachers’ Orientation Program

 Holistic Progress Report Card
(Organized by Bagrakote HS School in collaboration with Barbot HS School)

Today the Teachers’ Orientation Program on Holistic Progress Report Card (HPRC) was successfully organized today by Bagrakote H.S. School in collaboration with Barbot H.S. School. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 60 teachers representing 12 Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools of the region.
The orientation session was graced by the presence of Mr. Sanjok Khati, Assistant Teacher of Pankhabari H.S. School, who acted as the Resource Person for the training. His expertise and clarity helped the participants to gain in-depth knowledge about the technical and procedural aspects of HPRC implementation.
During the training, teachers were provided with detailed information and hands-on guidance on the following key points:
1. Data Entry into HPRC – Participants were trained on how to enter students’ scholastic and co-scholastic performance systematically into the Holistic Progress Report Card framework.
2. Marks Entry in Banglar Siksha Portal – Step-by-step procedures for uploading marks in the official portal were explained, with emphasis on accuracy and timely submission.
3. Generation of Online Marksheet – Teachers learned about the process of compiling and generating digitally verified marksheets through the system for distribution among students.
The orientation aimed at ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and transparency in the evaluation system. Teachers actively interacted with the Resource Person, clarifying their doubts and gaining confidence in the use of digital platforms for assessment-related tasks.
The program concluded on a positive note, with a collective resolve among all participating schools, to effectively implement the Holistic Progress Report Card system in the upcoming academic sessions.
